What does a credit pay for?
Successful native parsing costs 1 credit per document. OCR costs 3 credits total per document. Capacity depends on your mix of native and OCR processing.
Can I buy a paid pack today?
Paid packs are not on sale yet. The Starter and Growth prices show the planned one-time packs. Contact us to discuss availability or an enterprise workload.
How do the free credits work?
The Free pack provides 100 credits once, subject to eligibility and account provisioning. No card is required. You can always inspect the static sample in the Playground for free.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Credits do not expire. Packs are one-time payments, with no recurring subscription or automatic top-up.
Are taxes included in the prices?
All pack prices are in USD before applicable taxes.
Does buying credits remove API limits?
Credits, project quotas and rate limits are separate. The capacity examples show credit consumption; your project's API limits still apply. See the API reference for integration details.
